Blue Hour on the Outer Hebrides

Landscapes can appear particularly effective long after the blue hour, when there is still light from the surroundings, the moon is shining and light pollution is limited. Then the pictures do not appear in a somber black-blue and so rather depressing. This picture on a fjord of the Outer Hebrides on the northern part of Lewis / Harris Island called Lewis creates a harmonious atmosphere.

Although it is not a classic shot at the time of the blue hour, it is interesting that the light effects (reflection and absorption) at least produce the blue hour effect that occurs at a different time.
