Region

The rockhopper penguin (Eudyptes chrysocome) is a species of bird from the penguin family (Spheniscidae). The rockhopper penguin is the smallest species within the crested penguin genus. We were very impressed by the rockhopper penguins on the Falkland Islands. They jump from rock to rock and overcome obstacles that we would have seen problems for us.
